I am incredibly humbled by this news. The #wandmakerschallenge concluded with an InstagramLive auction, at which the magic pack including the wand I crafted raised a phenomenal $500.00 for the very worthy benefitting charities 😍🔮🪄

Over the past few weeks, I have been creating something very special - a wand made from Huon Pine, Blackwood, resin and a lot of sparkle. 

The wand is part of a makers competition… but the real reason for making it is to help raise funds for sick kids and families in need. The benefitting charities are the Children’s Hospital Foundation and Drought Angels.

My wand (the #bondwand) will be auctioned off this Sunday (11 December 2022) on Instagram. Just find the @wandmakerschallenge page where you will find my wand and the other wands which have been donated by some very talented good conscience makers and woodworkers.
